Onsite registration and music begins at 5:00 p.m.
Walk begins at 7:00 p.m.
If you are pre-registered, you do NOT have to “check in” at registration the day of the event.
Walk begins at the corner of Washington and Spencer, home of our corporate sponsor, Riverside Community Federal Credit Union. Line up for the Walk will be along Washington Street and First Street. Closing ceremony will also take place here.
The Walk of Hope is to SUPPORT the fighters, CELEBRATE the survivors, and HONOR those we’ve lost. “Walking together so no one walks alone!” The Walk is approximately one mile. All proceeds from the event benefit Cancer Services and our mission to help people facing cancer in Gant County. We are a LOCAL organization that helps LOCAL people.
Register online now, or in our office at 305 South Norton Avenue in Marion. Cost is $5 per person (adult, youth, angel) now through March 31. Price increases to $8 per person (adult and youth) on April 1st. Price for Angels will remain $5. Register a loved one who has passed and we will release a balloon with their name on it during our closing ceremony. Cut off for the biggest team competition is May 2nd at 4:00 p.m. Teams may join together through March 31st. No teams will be permitted to join together to form a bigger team after the March 31st deadline.
Parking will be available in the YMCA parking lot and at Ballard Field. A shuttle will run between Ballard Field and downtown Marion before and after the Walk.
