Fund Purpose: 
The purpose of this fund is to preserve, maintain, support, and enhance the Improvement Project for the purpose of maintaining the long-term design, beauty, and aesthetic appearance of the Improvement Project.

Fund Story: 
Chap and Betty Hutchins established this fund to beautify Main Street in Gas City.  Enhancements that have been made thus far include Street Banners, Gas Derrick Signs, Floral Planters, the Hutchins Commons’ Pocket Park, and the Ray House wall.
