Fund Contact Portal

Quick-Reference Guide

Fund Contact Portal

We are excited to announce the Launch of our new Fund Contact Portal to provide our fundholders with an enhanced user experience! This new system will now offer more timely access to important information about your fund.  We’re confident this tool will help us to continue providing excellent customer service and advance our Mission: connecting people, resources, and causes to promote sustainable impact towards the betterment of Grant County.

We have assembled this quick-reference guide to introduce the basics of the new Fund Contact Portal.  As always, please know the CoFo Crew stands ready to answer any questions you might have.

Step 1. Establishing Your Password

You will receive an email from “no-reply@fcsuite.com” with a custom invitation link to create your account in the Fund Contact Portal. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. And if you don’t have an email address listed on file with us, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to set this up for you. Once you click on the invitation link in the email, you will be prompted to create a password of your choice. If you do not receive an email to access the system, but would like a login, please contact us at QuickQuestion@GiveToGrant.org or 765-662-0065. Continue to Step 2 below for further login instructions.

Note: You will not be able to use the link in the original login email to access the system after you have completed the set up; you will go to our homepage as listed in Step 2. Also, this link will only be valid for 30 days.

Step 2. Logging into the Fund Contact Portal

Now that you’ve selected your password, you can access the portal at any time simply by clicking on the Fund Contact Portal button at the top of our homepage. This will take you to the login screen where you will enter your username and password established in Step 1. Your username should be entered in all lower-case letters.

Step 3. Navigating the Portal

FUND MENU: Choose a fund you wish to review. Some individuals advise multiple funds; therefore, you may have to select which fund you’d like to review.

HOME: The tabs at the top of the page display the different features available to you as a fundholder. Your homepage is a quick snapshot of your fund’s most recent activity. It will show the fund’s current balance, a list of all the current fund representatives, recent contributions (donations) into the fund, and recent grants paid out from the fund.

The fund’s balance does ebb and flow frequently because the endowed funds are invested in the market and that goes up and down. Those gains and losses are recorded monthly, so they will change as you review these balances each month. Some months you’ll have few donations, but big gains due to market increases. No worries though, with endowment investments, we are in it for the long haul, so if they lose one month, you’ll eventually see gains once again.

CONTRIBUTIONS: This tab shows all donations made to your fund. Clicking on the contributor’s name will bring up their history of contributions to this fund including date of gift, type, and amount. To download a full list of contributions to your fund, you can click on the “Export” tab and the system will create an excel spreadsheet of this history.

Note: Donation details for memorial donations made to family-named funds are not visible to protect the privacy of the donor.

GRANTS: This tab shows a summary of all grantees to which your fund has made awards with the total amount awarded to each. It also shows a history of individual grants awarded from your fund, including date, organization name, purpose, and amount. To download a full list of grants from your fund, you can click on the “Export” tab and the system will create an excel spreadsheet of this history.

STATEMENTS: This tab shows your fund statements. Next to the summary you wish to review, click print, and the system will generate a PDF file in a new window that you may view, save, or print.

FILES: This tab will show any visible documents regarding your fund, such as a fund agreement. We’ve even posted a Fund 411 document that describes how our various fund types function to support charitable causes in our community.

DONATE: This tab will take you to the CoFo’s donation page, so you can donate easily at any time.

In the future, fund statements will be received through this portal only and will not be physically mailed. Please keep in mind, this portal is new to us, too! So, bear with us as we implement this remarkable tool. But you should know that we had a couple of fund contacts pilot test this portal for us and they gave it rave reviews. We expect you will find it useful, as well. If you have any questions, please contact us at 765-662-0065 or QuickQuestion@GiveToGrant.org.
