To provide a dental scholarship.

Fund Info: 
Mara Catey-Williams, DMD, FACD created the Wabash Valley/Grant County Dental Society Scholarship Fund on April 17, 2019 to award scholarships to students pursuing an education in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Catey-Williams graduated from Indiana University with a double major in Biology and Psychology. She then continued her education attending Temple University School of Dentistry where she obtained her DMD degree. In 1994, she joined her father, Philip L. Catey, DDS, in his private dental practice in Gas City, Indiana. Today she is the owner of Catey Williams Dental.

In order to stay on top of the ever-advancing field of dentistry, Dr. Mara regularly attends the American Dental Association’s Annual Session, as well as many other advanced dental education courses.

She is a member in good standing of the following professional dental organizations:

Dr. Mara has a love for dentistry, and when her family time allows, she participates in dental mission trips to developing countries such as Haiti and Honduras.
