What are the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program requirements?

– Attend an accredited Grant County High School
– On course to graduate by June 30 with a diploma from an accredited Grant County high school and plan to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university in Indiana
– Have a minimum 3.5 grade point average (unweighted)
– Have a minimum SAT of 1200 (Combined Reading and Math) OR ACT of 25

Do you have to complete the 2 essays to submit the application?

Yes, you must complete all steps to submit your application. Our system will not let you click submit until all required fields are completed. You may qualify for scholarships with additional requirements such as an essay or recommendation letter. So, be sure to complete the full scholarship application to not miss these details.

Can the application be downloaded and completed on paper?

No, the application must be completed online and must be turned in via our online grants software, SLM.

Are scholarships only for high school seniors?

No, anyone attending college next year is welcome to apply.
